William Conway

Ordinary Seaman Pluto
The Pluto was one of several small
vessels of the Indian Navy
employed during the Indian
Mutiny as transports and
gunboats, the crews of which
received the Indian Mutiny medal.
All were no clasp medals with the
unit (ship) noted on the rim.  The
medal rolls for these ships are
very incomplete with only a few
having  survived, the roll for the
Pluto not being among them.
