at London 23 February 1898 aged 21 years 3 months. Born Tardebigge, Worcestershire.
Resided Redditch. Occupation electrical engineer. Landed in France 9 August 1914. MID LG
15 June 1916. MSM LG 1 January 1918 (page 74) ‘For valuable services with the army in the
field.’ Discharged at Chatham 16 June 1920. Conduct exemplary. Papers show various pension
increases up to 1 April 1956
