aged 18 years 11 months. Born Exeter. Occupation
gardener. Served with Kawkwi and Irrawaddy columns
in Upper Burma. Transferred to Army Reserve 7
March 1895. Recalled to army service 9 October
1899. Discharged 12 August 1901. Served in 2nd
Battalion.
